Our Norwalk, CT, and New York, NY offices are currently accepting applications for Recruiters. We’re looking for candidates that are completely new to the profession as well as those with 1-5 years of recruiting experience in any sector or industry. In this role, you’ll be responsible for identifying, evaluating, interviewing, preparing and placing professionals with some of the most respected companies in the U.S.
KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Use sourcing strategies to identify local candidates
- Contact candidates through telephone, email or in-person
- Interview candidates to assess qualifications and experience
- Understand candidates career goals and aspirations
- Match candidates to employer job openings
- Assist candidates with resume writing and interview preparation
- Negotiate pay rates and other terms of employment with candidates
REQUIRED SKILLS
- Excellent interpersonal and people skills
- Great oral and written communication skills
- Very organized, detail-oriented and efficient with time management
- Ability to multi-task in a dynamic environment
- Analytical thinker with strong problem solving skills
- Highly self-motivated with a burning desire to succeed
