Check out our latest RightClick Employee of the Month: Matthew Barbour. Matt joined the RC family just last fall, but has been a natural at finding top talent from the beginning. This past month, Matt made three very challenging and urgent contract placements and one permanent placement, which already has him past his quarterly goal with still a full month to go.

Amazingly, Matt was able to accomplish all of this last month, not only with a newborn baby, Jackson, but also while participating (and the likely winner) of the RightClick “Get Ready for the Summer” weight-loss challenge. Be sure to congratulate Matt on all of his recent successes—that is, if you are able to see his new svelte bod.
