Account Manager

Our Stamford, CT, office is currently accepting applications for Account Managers. We’re looking for candidates with a minimum of 2 years of Recruiting experience or Account Management experience in a sales-driven environment. In this role, you’ll be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, managing accounts, understanding employer IT hiring needs and ensuring customer satisfaction with some of the most prestigious Tri-State Area companies.



  • Build long-term relationships with employers to encourage new and repeat business
  • Manage a portfolio of accounts
  • Serve as the primary business contact for employers
  • Secure IT candidates to fill open IT positions and ensure overall customer satisfaction
  • Vet IT candidates to assess technical fit and cultural fit against employer job orders
  • Negotiate with employers on behalf of IT candidates to make placements
  • Develop and manage other members of the account team
