Account Manager

Our Norwalk, CT, and New York, NY offices are currently accepting applications for Account Managers. We’re looking for candidates with a minimum of 2 years of Recruiting experience or Account Management experience in a sales-driven environment. In this role, you’ll be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, managing accounts, understanding employer hiring needs and ensuring customer satisfaction with top-tier organizations.



  • Build long-term relationships with employers to encourage new and repeat business
  • Manage a portfolio of accounts
  • Serve as the primary business contact for employers
  • Secure candidates to fill open client positions and ensure overall customer satisfaction
  • Vet candidates to assess qualifications and cultural fit against employer job orders
  • Negotiate with employers on behalf of candidates to make placements
  • Develop and manage other members of the account team

  • High level of initiative and works well in a team environment
